Pros

Pay is ok benefits ok. PTO not so great

Cons

Poor new inexperienced leadership. They will badger you till they break you. There is a lot of favoritism here. It was pointed out to me when I first started here but I paid no attention to it, till it affected me. They will work you many hours after your paid 8 hours without compensation and when you bring it up to them all they have to say is "That sounds exhausting". There is a lot of cover up going on that CMS should be made aware of that they do for their favorite people. I can not recommend this disorganized place at all. They will run you ragged and when you are leaving ask which patients can be missed visit to not inconvenience their favorites. Oh dont forget you will have to use your PTO for holidays off! But hey you will get most of them off! They also like to announce employees leaving in a mass email like an airport departures but in a negative tone! I cant stress this enough do not come here!

Pros

Not much other than ok benefits

Cons

No structure or HR, so people get away with anything. I worked as a sterile processing tech in the OR and I felt like nothing was run properly. There is a huge problem with bullying and leadership does nothing about it. Leadership is not great and does nothing but let the unorganized mess of a department continue. There was a constant revolving door because who would want to stay here? I and many others were treated poorly.

Pros

A few supportive coworkers. Experience here can prepare you for better opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

This was one of the worst work environments I’ve ever been in. Management consistently played favorites while claiming otherwise, creating a dishonest and unfair culture. Micromanagement is taken to the extreme — even basic needs like restroom breaks are penalized if they fall outside your scheduled time. The culture of “toxic positivity” is damaging. Leadership promotes the idea of a fun and supportive workplace, but in reality employees are reprimanded for harmless jokes or for expressing frustration after difficult calls. Managers do not uphold the same “values” they impose, and instead act passive-aggressive and dismissive.Workload is unsustainable with constant back-to-back calls, and employees are punished for voicing exhaustion. Scoring systems are unrealistic, with deductions for situations outside your control (e.g., a patient hanging up). Attendance rules are excessively strict — being one minute late from break counts as an occurrence.Favoritism, bias, and even discrimination are evident. If you don’t fit their mold, management will find a way to push you out. Employees are treated as disposable, and turnover is extremely high.
