      Pros

      The salary is a bit above average, benefits are on par with other similar positions. Management is pleasant and approachable.

      Cons

      Terrible underutilization of ARNP and PA employees, far too many layers of middle management and 'supervisors'. Little to no recourse for problems in the delivery of care.

      Great place for opportunity for growth. Good wages. Good Values

      Cons

      If you don't like a lot of work, this isn't the place for you. I've worked here for 23 years and have had lots of opportunity for growth but there is always way more work than can be done in 40 hours. I like to stay busy and challenged so I thrive here.
