Co-workers and patients are great

Cons

Management and HR/HP are horrible! Non compliant, HR management protection only, does not care about the employee nor does HR/HP follow policies. No fear of Union or other outside agencies- EEOC, etc.

The patients are wonderful, can't say the same for employers, and managers, in fact I can't think of any pros of the job

Cons

Long hours,noncompliant or understanding of staff in office, vindictive,malevolent, disrespectful, detrimental to your mental well-being. Ask you to do things against state regulations
