Pros
Front-line staff is usually great to work with, somewhat clinic-dependent. Other providers are helpful.
Cons
Very middle-management heavy with administrators who have little-to-no clinical experience. Constantly under-staffed, and staff not paid for overtime. Providers treated as expendable. Corporate culture has become greedy, too profit-focused. "Clinical Care Directors" are powerless figureheads. A recipe for provider burn-out.
