Multicare has changed through out the years, it used to be patient care based, now it is all about the profit. Employees no longer get healthcare incentives, You max out in pay. No bonuses for regular staff. More work, no compensation. We are losing Doctors and staff at an impressive rate.

Management does not seem to care about its employees. Does nothing to the people that hide or slack off doing the job. No incentives to the people actually working and doing their jobs.
