      Pros

      Great company that offers great benefits and a great working environment. I work within a department that really is committed to doing excellent work and collaborates together exceptionally.

      Cons

      Salaries...Have seen inconsistenties in regards to new jobs that are posted and approved but then Human Resources decides to review the position again even though they have reviewed an approved the position to offer it at a lower salary then it was posted as.

      MultiCare was nice while it lasted, after leaving though happy to be separated.

      Pros

      Patient Care focused, Expanding to provide more care. Direction of the company is very patient focused, "give them the pickle".

      Cons

      Policy regarding PTO and EIT was not created to deal with EIT abusers but as an easy fix which takes away the ability to save vacation time if your position has high ratio of low censusing. HR is there to protect the company not the employees.
