      Pros

      I had great staff. Time off accruals were nice. I had great teammates.

      Cons

      Support from upper executive leadership was poor. Was sabotaged by certain staff and management and set up to fail. I was thrown to the wolves.

      Middle Management that isn't in the front-lines controls everything CEO got a 30% raise while everyone else in the service is fighting to get raises with the union
