      Pros

      None, worst employer I’ve ever worked for. Lacking all the empathy

      Cons

      They really do not care about anything but making a profit. Health insurance benefits are lacking, they make you jump through hoops to get basic information, and the pay is just bad. I could flip burgers for the same pay as I care for people’s loved ones.

      They will hire you if you're a warm body.

      Abysmal pay, high turnover, unethical leadership, unrealistic expectations, and discriminatory practices.

      Did not value long time employee

      Pros

      Over a decade of work with this company. Many learning environments and friends made along the way. It was a very good run.

      Cons

      New manager given full reign to decimate a long term successful career. Shocking and saddening that they did not see the value of what they had. Nurses are expensive to find in this environment. I know my worth. Other employers are seeing it to as I try and find the next right step for my career. Just shocking that MHS has such little regard for their staff.
