Multicare has great communication and a positive work environment. I love the workplace culture and the HRO training we receive. My teammates are amazing. I am proud to be part of the Multicare family.

Cons

The way holidays are structured take some getting used to, but it's really no big deal.

Pros

The company overall shines in teamwork and positivity, encouraging employees to grow in their roles. I have had an incredible 90 days at Multicare and have encouraged others to apply. There is effective and fair communication from management and teamwork amongst staff. Multicare provides adequate training for individual roles and there is room for growth and opportunity. I am elated to be working here! (Also, fantastic benefits) This company gets 10 stars!

Cons

I cannot think of one bad thing to say. The grass is truly greener at Multicare!

Small community in eastern Washington, easy to know most employees in the hospital. CNO and other leadership is approachable.

Cons

Insurance is fairly poor, communication is extremely poor, culture in nursing is very negative with initiatives being pushed without adequate implementation plans.
