Ineffective management. Too many middle management positions. Focused on profits instead of patient care

Being such a small department we often were overlooked or forgotten about, which led to higher ups allowing other departments to start their own program that had the same mission as ours. In other words, lack of communication with other department leads and higher ups led to redundancy.
