      Nurse care manager- longevity, tenure and loyalty not valued. Not treated with integrity or respect. Not transparent.

      Well protected by the union as a bed side nurse. Excellent benefits and perks and support

      Cons

      Not protected as a non exempt employee used and abused and then discarded once salary cap reached Despite exemplary performance reviews yearly. Discrimination of age and gender.

      Work-life balance is not important in the organization. There is no input from frontline staff regarding patient care and operations.

      Rude unprofessional HR dept (aka “human potential” )

      The only reason I stay is the excellent care line staff and my desire to provide good patient care

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy admin w unnecessary layers of high paid do nothings.the worst HR dept I have experienced in many years of health care work-HR admin totally disinterested and above employees concerns and unconcerned about hiring excellent staff at community standard pay and raises are abysmal- lucky to get 2%/year. Truly awful HR administration
