      Focus on Studer provides hope for future. Largest private employer in county drives attraction of top local talent. Reinvestment in local healthcare gives community excellent resources for a mid-size city.

      Cons

      Culture of financial focus continues to distract from achieving top end results in Quality and Patient Experience. Innovation follows copy-cat approach. Talent is largely limited to local pool of candidates.

      Great place for opportunity for growth. Good wages. Good Values

      If you don't like a lot of work, this isn't the place for you. I've worked here for 23 years and have had lots of opportunity for growth but there is always way more work than can be done in 40 hours. I like to stay busy and challenged so I thrive here.
