Multicare has been my home for more than 15 years. I am proud when i am asked where i work and i tell them multicare. I love the families that we care for. Multicare has put many check to ensure that care is provided to the community with financial aid programs. We have brought in personnel that help patient maneuver around the insurance enrollments. We residency programs to train new doctors.
Cons
More emphases placed on advanced provider growth and for RN development. We need more assistance for MA and LPN to advancement. when having to work full time and go to school there is no room for family. Staffing is cut short in clinics and the need has to be shown for more than a year out be fore you hire out. Health care is tough lets not make it harder by working the staff to bare bone when live are at stake
