A bad boss can certainly make for a bad work experience. MultiCare is investing heavily in developing our managers (supervisors and above) to ensure they have the skills needed to be effective leaders. We are also holding leaders accountable for living our values, including collaboration and kindness. When issues persist, we are working to move poor performers out of the organization.
