Very poor management culture and work environment

fair salary and their is nothing else good that i can say about this corporation, They are awful

Cons

Physicians do not have any input into their own practice. The culture is paranoid and unethical. Dangerous assembly line patient care. Poor delivery of care Very unhappy physicians who are turned into "providers" Poorly staffed and overburdened with Administrators

Thank you for your input. MultiCare is working to ensure our physicians have more opportunities to provide input to decisions that impact their practices. Their input is needed to improve access to care and to achieve continuous quality improvements. While staffing levels may feel stretched when volumes peak, they are aligned with external benchmarks and national best practices.

Like other healthcare providers, MultiCare is facing pressure to reduce the cost of the care we provide without reducing quality or service. We’ve worked hard to find efficiencies that don’t require layoffs. Even so, you are correct that we have had some staffing cuts, primarily in areas that do not provide direct patient care. At the same time, we have continued to add new services and expand our service area. As a result, we were able to welcome nearly 1,600 new employees during the past year.
