      Pros

      Great front line workers and staff, patients are amazing, and if you love health care this would be a great company to work for.

      Cons

      There is no diversity in the Leadership. LabsNW/MultiCare Leadership only prefers to promote specific races and they are not diverse. Leadership cares only about their bonuses and not about the easy to replace individuals that help them to achieve their bonuses.

      Pros

      security management is awesome, the manager and day supervisor.

      Cons

      pay very low, very low staff for needs. The hospital loves to investigate people for unfounded claims. The job can and is very violent at times with little back up. no possible career opportunity or pay increases.

      No licensure reimbursement Their holidays come out of your PTO Low pay Low raises No control over schedule Job scope expansion without your say so or knowledge
