Cons

I think like many companies they attempt to underpay staff whenever possible. They follow the "market rate" but that is the problem. It is the market that under pays for the work that is being done but companies are not willing to raise the bar if no one else is.

Decent insurance benefits including HSA. Independence. Schedule flexibility. Weekly supervision. Hybrid options. Work experience in mental healthcare without a Master’s degree.

Cons

No specific limit on caseload. Yearly raises are minimal. Training opportunities are scarce. Departments don’t communicate well. High turnover. Often given clients you may not have the training to handle. Upper management rarely visits or listens to concerns.
