      I don't feel like I'm working at work I actually want to be there it's great to finally find a place I feel that way with

      Cons

      Training was a bit of a nightmare, I felt like I was thrown a ton of information that didn't pertain to my job title in any way.

      Pros

      Patients and providers are amazing. 10-hour shifts. PTO generous. Sick time is fairly good. Clinic stocked with needed equipment. Pay is “ok”.

      Cons

      Clinic has a lot of younger female MAs and though there are times that there is a sense of team, it felt more like being in high school again with the gossip and drama. Supervisor included. The behavior may not have been intentional, but it did affect the working atmosphere and hindered teamwork. Benefits were not very good as far as medical and dental.
