Cons

Horrible medical benefits package, especially if you do not live in the Tacoma area Significant lack of proper processes, check and balances to ensure organizational viability Significant lack of competent leadership to properly prioritize initiatives, monitor finances and hold people accountable

Pros

The actual work itself, the coworkers, and the opportunity to help the public and contribute to an overall good cause.

Cons

The downside negates all the positives. Be prepared to have "management" that isn't held accountable for violating the values that EVERYONE is supposed to follow, and will project their own insecurities on to you and make it seem like you, the worker, are the problem. Be prepared to be talked to differently behind closed doors, and not be able to do anything about it because it is the company's word against yours. Do not work for this company solely based on the fact that it proclaims "You Belong Here!" after laying off 1% of its workforce. I could go on, but this company in its current state is not your champion.
