      Pros

      Great support and training by manager; competitive compensation; flexibility and valuing diversity.

      Cons

      Still getting used to working on holidays, but MultiCare has generous paid time off accruals and compensation is competitive. I came from government where holidays were off.

      the process was fast to be hired on pay is good easy hours to pick up

      Cons

      favoritism is huge here, can get away with literally screaming at co-workers thru halls infront of pts. prepare for the most Highschool style work space. if you aren't ready to apart of the ER cliché don't do it. TG or anything thru CHI is a much better choice. complaints to higher up charges/leads do nothing. travel nurses constantly talking about their covid incentive pay.

      Remote work available. Very supportive environment. Room for and encouragement offered for advancement. Competitive pay. Excellent benefits.

      Process for getting IT tickets taken care of is long.
