      As a whole, the company pays the staff well.

      Cons

      The company uses its employees as resources until they have nothing left to give and then tosses them aside. The saying "failing up" was coined here. The worse you are at your job (and are good at BS'ing), the farther you'll go in your career.

      Great people, great organizational culture. Actually aligned with its values.

      Cons

      Like most healthcare organizations, overestimates the amount of work individuals can do and does not adjust workload when employees leave or allot time for training new hires. Not enough attention to institutional memory and consistency of services. Not enough communication with patients about what the organization is facing.
