MultiCare Health System reviews

I used to promote Multicare to everyone. Now I tell them to run. I was an employee from 2021-2022 and would've continued my employment just because I LOVED the provider I worked for, but management ruined that for me. The "new" manager they brought in is TOXIC. She was constantly harrassing me and other coworkers so much that we opened an investigation, which of course they did not take seriously and nothing came of it. I would be brought in for "roundings" and management would tell me that I was the most unliked employee in the department, which is funny because I had referred and worked with friends who was a majority of the department. They are bullies. The supervisor is a coward and doesn't have a voice of her own. She follows the manager like a sheep. I have 10 years of experience as a CMA and was being paid the same as a student who just finished the MA program. When I brought up needing a raise to reflect my experience, i was told "we can't do that". They refuse to take care of their employees and in return the entire department I worked with has turned over, including providers. In one year, there is 2 employees that still work there from when I was there...if that doesn't say something I don't know what will. I have also been told that a formal investigation is not being done on management due to the MANY complaints from employees, patients and providers.
