      Happy, but limited onboarding support

      Compensation and benefits, people I work with, attitude and culture of my clinic

      Cons

      Was not told how to do many things that are required for my job, like where to send referrals, or how place orders for colonoscopies. There were many things that I was just figuring out as I went that impacted pt care. Many of the things that were reviewed at new employee and provider orientation were wrong for my location and created confusion

      I wish I had something good to say about them but truly my entire experience was awful.

      Treats their employees very poorly, pay is not even close to comparable to other hospitals in the area.
