      Pros

      Night shift has a great team, my floor did self-scheduling so you always got the time off you wanted which was AMAZING. Good work life balance despite working very long tiring hours.

      Cons

      Extremely short staffed, to the point of being unsafe. Pay is not what it should be for how spread thin those nurses are:(

      I can’t think of any for this company

      Cons

      Management is never there. Promotes within, most of them don’t know what they are doing and talk down to employees I only stayed for less than 3 months. I will never go back.

      Pay was good and co-workers was fun to work with.

      The management was horrible and incompetent at times. Never had enough staff and always felt overworked
