I am a resource/ break float LPN at GSH and absolutely love going to work every day! This is an amazing new program that GSH created to help team members! GSH truly cares about their employees. Everyone here is friendly and is happy to help. This role gives me the autonomy to create my work day in a way that works for me while focusing on others. It is a flexible role and my manager is always available to answer questions and follows up when needed. My role fits who I am. It allows me to help others, especially during difficult times, and gives me a sense of purpose! I enjoy working in every unit and bringing smiles to both patients and staff. This to me is an indicator that I am doing meaningful work, and that I am touching their lives in a positive manner. I am very pleased to be here!
