      Pros

      the process was fast to be hired on pay is good easy hours to pick up

      Cons

      favoritism is huge here, can get away with literally screaming at co-workers thru halls infront of pts. prepare for the most Highschool style work space. if you aren't ready to apart of the ER cliché don't do it. TG or anything thru CHI is a much better choice. complaints to higher up charges/leads do nothing. travel nurses constantly talking about their covid incentive pay.

      Pros

      Small, quaint, GREAT travelers and most docs are easy to communicate with and make you feel comfortable asking questions.

      Cons

      High turnover, no leadership support. Zero trauma coordinator involvement, no mock codes, it’s sink or swim here. Rude condescending PA provider that brings moral down wherever she works.
