      Has many pros and cons

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, reasonable shifts, very kind staff and supervisors. Healthcare and union perks are pretty top notch. Education options exist.

      Cons

      The pay is garbage. Start pay is less than fast food currently. A lot of hoops to go through to get hired. This has resulted in *many* short staffed days, weeks and months. EVS is exempt from many incentives and bonuses that are offered to other non-licensed staff. EVS are often left out of important hospital wide communications. EVS does not have enough hospital supplied items to accomplish their tasks equitably and efficiently.
