A Ok lace to work if you can keep up, and ignore the favoritism

Pros

Most people you work with are great, with plenty of things to learn

Cons

Often times blatant favoritism, leads that have no business being leads, but are due to be buddies with higher management. You have to fight tooth and nail to get things changed, even if its proven that the way they are going things are very inefficient.
