Management (sense of entitlement, in which most executives and managers open indicate that they are untouchable and some openly indicating that they are indispensable to the company)
Politics - if you do not cozy up to certain executives/managers, your career can and will be cut short.
"Transparency" as indicated by certain VPs is just smoke and mirrors - deceptions done to cover up inappropriate transactions, violation to code of conduct or behaviors.
Lack of communication between departments/divisions - certain divisions believe that they are more important than headquarters and thus feel that they should lead the company.
No career advancement unless you cozy up to an exec or manager.
Lack of management skills with certain executives/managers - simply all talk no action.
