This list is long but I will make it quick: - Poor management - What you gave was never good enough - While stated in employee's handbook the "occasional mandatory ot", (turning the standard work week to 50 hours a week instead of 40) that changed in January. They forced mandatory OT for 6 months and made you feel miserable if you took Fridays to yourself and not an emergency. They wanted you to continuously work more and gave you less for it. I presented a hypothetical to HR at one point about possibly opting out of mandatory Fridays to work on a business idea I had and was told to, "pick which job you wanted." Those 5 words told me more about the company than any interview I had. - Did not care about individuals and only cared about your production - Did not pay well for the jobs they had - While they payed "decent" at first, withint 6 months the pay was not enough. They didnt keep up with the community around them and got by paying what the actual certifications were worth, but hiring on people as a "body to fill a slot" rather than based on what you are actually worth.
