Executive Management full of bureaucracy and politics... Executive level offices like a rattlesnake den full of vipers. Very toxic atmosphere!!

While this review is over 4 years old I think it is important to note the Executive Team changes that have taken place since July of 2015. The changes include a new CEO, a new CFO and 4 new VP's. I am proud to work with such a cohesive and supportive Executive Team that has been put together by our CEO.

Overall good products, decent benefits, and good workers.

Cons

Based on direction from the parent company there seems to be almost a reluctance to expand the product line, especially if it means moving away from its Japanese vendors. Long term employment does not stand for much if times get tough. Company has suffered from lack of vision and leadership after the founder retired.
