      Great technology and industry leading products

      Cons

      Senior leadership, if you can call it that, is the embodiment of transactional management. There is little to no discipline at the top and it is reflected throughout middle management and rank and file employees. The overwhelming atmosphere is one of a “boys club” where advancement and reward are tied to who’s back you’ve scratched most recently.

      I made more money than I had before

      They worked you every possible moment, weekend or holiday they could. You were no longer a person with a life, but a filler for an open hole in the schedule. Only 2% is budgeted for raises so, your raises won’t keep up with cost of living inflation. New hires will probably be making as much or more than you after you spend a few years with the company.

      Long hours, cold environment, working at slaughter houses, company crucifies you if you don't get their training program 100%
