Good co-workers, the best equipment in market, progressive technologies, it is always possible to get advise from more experienced colleagues, good policy for using company's car

Cons

It would be better if salary was more, trainings were more frequently. Tools and work clothes for work are renewed rarely.

Nice machines and nice location

Cons

Politics drive the company and the top management. None of them assume their mistakes: they push to ones, who can´t defend themselves. Gossips are used for decisions against employees.

Multivac Produces very nice packaging machines with the highest technology, offering good solution for higher prices for their customers worldwide

Cons

Internal communication is very bad, changes the strategy every 6 months, demands profit after 6 months of a BU foundation, does not have competent project managers and the senior managers avoid to take responsabilities for their decisions.
