Pros

For experience and learning good

Cons

I joined as a SharePoint trainee with a stipend of 7k. After 9 months, they increased it to 22k because I was leading a project. Generally, they only give a maximum of 16k. After 1.6 years, they increased my salary from 22k to 27,500, with TDS of 750 deducted. There was a lot of overtime, and they would constantly monitor me until I finished my work.

Good environment and very nice team work. entirely very Good experience. Training giving to new comers. and salary growth also asper your performance.
