I joined as a SharePoint trainee with a stipend of 7k. After 9 months, they increased it to 22k because I was leading a project. Generally, they only give a maximum of 16k. After 1.6 years, they increased my salary from 22k to 27,500, with TDS of 750 deducted. There was a lot of overtime, and they would constantly monitor me until I finished my work.

The CEO, Euan Blair, is an inspiring leader who speaks with a ton of conviction and authenticity. Also the scrappiness of the start up led to the ability to gain solid work experience and explore new ideas.

Cons

Business strategy is in complete disarray, especially for the US expansion - which is completely flopping as they just laid off 1/3 of their US staff. Constant pivots, communication breakdowns everywhere you look, unreasonable expectations and pressure, misalignment across senior leadership team, inability to innovate the product or stand up against existing competitors in the market, and missing revenue targets year after year.
