The only pro is to be able to put down on your resume that you work.

Cons

Company is not stable. Slaves to ascend employees especially upper management. No employee recoginition. Benefits are horrible. No corporate support. Sad place to work. No pay raises, maybe 2 percent cost of living if ascend feels like you are ok

Great people Great trainers. Managers skills are not the best but they make up for it buy going out of there way to get you what you the help you need. Honesty goes a long way here.

Cons

Pay is decent but below what others companies are paying for same skill set, with less work envolved.

Insurance is unaffordable, no 401k, and management is still unprofessional and can't relate to technical issues.
