Alright company to work for if you like being looked down on.

Pros

Pay is fairly good, and the lower management tends to be reasonable people who work their way up from the bottom.

Cons

Will often turn on their own employees at the drop of a hat when the customer has a complaint. I've seen a few too many people get fired for not doting on the customer's every whim, and this creates leaves the power structure undefined.
