- It pays money - There are worse jobs

Cons

- New policy changes dont always get pushed down the chain - Management often makes up their own rules - Promotions are very much based on your popularity and not work ethic - Managers have been known to turn down benefits offered from the "customer company" to the contract workers - If you get hurt on the job...you better CYA

There are quite a few employees that are very well tenured. Most over 10 years, some over 20-30! That is unheard of these days.

Cons

With tenure comes some antiquated processes and facilities. Some of the buildings seem like a scene out of Miami vice.
