Pros

Excellent hours, Overtime available year round. Great safety instructors and trainers, they really take the time to make sure you know your job and can do it safely.

Cons

Shift work can be killer on the sleep patterns. Rotating shifts from days to nights every week can cause some fatigue.

constant work ,minimal layoffs,Job security

Cons

doesnt go anywhere dead end. top out pay aprox. 22.00. about 25 for supervisors. no bonus for loaders. You have to wait 2 years for a vacation day. you dont get sick days.insurance to high. 401k not competitive.
