      Pros

      Most employees are fun to work with but work in the shadows of their managers.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t get it. HR is old fashioned and generally supports management over the employees. Legacy leaders who Invest in old practices although they pride themselves on being innovative. Outside influences are lacking. Need to get out of a rut that is deep and paralyzing. From year to year its the same ole thing over and over.

      Pros

      Munich Re has a great company benefit package, beautiful campus, nice cafeteria and awesome gym.

      Cons

      There is a collection of under 40year old individuals pre selected to fill future promotional positions. Otherwise, it is near impossible to progress in a career path.

      Pros

      This was once a wonderful company with great benefits, happy staff and endless opportunities. Benefits are now OK, not great.

      Cons

      There are few opportunities here. They have flattened the organization so much, it is very difficult to move ahead. The tendency is to give you more responsibility with no promotion and no increase.
