Kind coworkers. Decent benefits and time off. The providers that I personally work with are generally good people and understanding.

Cons

The organization does not take action to protect staff from aggression or harassment from patients. Values profits over patient care. All changes are very slow and take constant reminders for anything to be done. Does not prioritize staff or Doctor mental or emotional wellbeing
