Stupid set hours, even for salaried people, forced hour lunches, no flex time at all. Image more important then employees home lives

Strong culture of kiss-a$$ to managers Employees used to be assets, for the past 10 years they are "costs" Routinely lay-off American employees to replace them with lower-cost Japanese employees Becoming more racist (against non-Japanese) "Golf"-management culture (better learn to play if you want to advance your career)
