Interesting work assignments lead to nice plans and ideas sitting in a file or on a shelf. No movement forward, just acceptance of the plan with no implementation. Anything new is a reaction to customer demands, not anything that's developed and offered to the customer. Little opportunity for career development or advancement; expect long hours and weekends, frown on use of paid time off. Additionally, was cautioned by my manager about letting management know about a medical condition. He said it wouldn't be good for my career anyone knew.

Needs more communication and extra training towards employees.
