Pros

If you work hard, you will get opportunities to learn many aspects of the business.

Cons

Employee satisfaction is lacking. Can be stressful. Some of the management will try to help you excel, while some are bullies. Company has changed over the years and for the worst. I personally caught management lying multiple times.

Pros

The strongest part of working here is the balance between a modern technical direction and genuine employee support. Culture: It’s a low-ego environment. People are focused on solving technical problems rather than playing politics or seeking personal power, which makes collaboration very effective. Growth: The company is aggressively expanding its technical footprint. There is zero stagnation here; you have access to a massive variety of online learning platforms to keep your skills sharp. Benefits: The total rewards package is excellent. A 100% 401k match up to 6% is industry-leading, and the vacation policy is generous enough to actually allow for a reset. Work/Life Balance: Despite the growth, the company respects personal time, making it a sustainable place for a long-term career.

Cons

The primary challenges stem from the sheer size and pace of the organization. Information Silos: Because the company is so large, there is a constant "firehose" of information coming from other divisions. It can be difficult to filter what is relevant to your specific workflow. Capacity: The workload is consistently heavy. While the culture is supportive, the "plate" is often overflowing, which requires very disciplined prioritization to stay on top of daily tasks.
