love the environment, very laid back work environment, managers are encouraging to learn things and do things independently, very hand-on and provide troubleshouting skills

Cons

did not like shift schedule, too long hours, technician job is more like just to learn and know how to manipulate a remote, two much walking, not enough technician to cover the fllor
