Decent pay for the job. They let you have hours you want. Vacation policy is not horrible. Besides the frat guys there are some really good people here.

Cons

Sales reps are allowed to talk to people however they see fit and management is very inexperienced in rental. There is one joke of a frat out of Sam Houston that they hire more than half of their inside reps and managers from. This atmosphere that is created from this hiring process is not in line with the company values at all. Benefits are pretty poor and cost alot for what you get.
