Cons

The company has failed to grow as compared to other Caterpillar Dealers. Benefits are very poor. Executive staff is greedy and lacks ethical behavior.

Tons of freedom, fantastic brand recognition in sales role. Mustang is incredibly well respected in the oil and gas industry as a power systems vendor

Cons

The oil and gas industry is volatile and the cycles are getting shorter and shorter. Really have to strike while things are good
