Mutiny's team, while small for the time being, is incredibly effective at delivering on goals and making decisions as a group. The engineering team is very talented and have maintained an excellent code base throughout high growth periods. Mutiny is a special place for so many reasons, some being: - The product is very strong. I’ve worked in the web optimization space for many years, and the product is what first caught my attention about Mutiny. - Our customers are amazing to work with. In addition to being lovely people, they are smart, creative, and push us to keep pushing the bar higher. - Finally, the Mutiny team is the best I’ve ever worked with. Every single person that works at the company is an A-player, but everyone is also no ego. We have a ton of fun together even when things get really busy. I feel really supported, but also challenged and inspired to do my best possible work. We also have killer quarterly offsites :)
