      Pros

      Mutiny is a welcoming and diverse group of people whose genuine compassion is immediately obvious. The company off-sites are a great way to both plan work effectively and develop relationships as a remote company. My onboarding so far has been thoughtful and well organized (especially for a company of this size).

      I have seen no cons so far beyond those typical in a startup at Mutiny's phase.

      I recently joined Mutiny and am loving every bit of it, so far. I can only really speak to the interview experience, at this point. Definitely the best process I've been a part of, to date. You get to meet key players of your team and the company, they are very thoughtful of their questions, process and assignments. It really sets you up for success of understanding their business, if it would be a good fit for you and for them to evaluate you and make sure you are good fit for their team
