      * Friendly environment * Offsites every quarter * Quality-oriented * Growing fast * Challenging

      Cons

      I haven't had any issues so far, I guess the only downside is that it is not easy to get to know coworkers as we are growing fast.

      - very well organized with amazing leadership across the board (rare) - very solid pay with realistic and attainable goals - awesome team camaraderie and culture

      Cons

      - not a con, but not a place if you prefer blending in and hiding in shadows- this is not the place for you, the company is very collaborative and is not dominated by a few large personalities
